The difference between PCA-S series and PCA-S1 series

The height of PCA-S series is 30-500mm; the chamfer at one end of 30-60mm is more obvious, and the chamfer at one end of 150-500mm is smaller. For 12mm posts with a height of 150-500mm, please search our shop: PCA-S series with a height of 150-500mm.

The height of PCA-S1 series is 30-100mm, with even chamfer at both ends.

PCA-S1 series

Characteristic

►Stainless steel precision ground post with a diameter of 12mm;

►The length ranges from 30mm to 500mm, increasing the options of these posts;

►There is an M4 threaded hole on one end of the post and an M6 thread on the other end;

Description

(1) The Ø12mm stainless steel post can be provided in different lengths, which provides an irreplaceable function for optical experiment adjustment and manual optical path calibration in free space. , The length of the post ranges from 30mm to 500mm and a variety of specifications are available. The precision ground stainless steel post is made of 304 stainless steel and is compatible with our post bracket and structural accessories.

(2) M4 threaded hole at one end of the post, the hole depth is 10mm. M6 threaded hole at the other end, 13mm deep. Various opto-mechanical components can be installed arbitrarily, with different specifications and sizes of posts, to easily achieve different optical axis heights. 

(3) There is a Ø3mm through hole on the side of the post, through which a balldriver or wrench can provide more torque when tightening components and provide additional leverage.
