ePacket provided by EMS
Delivery Date: approx. 7-20 working days to different countries
Expedited Shipping UPS, Fedex, DHL or EMS
We will decide the carrier because we have to control the shipping cost for we only charge about 30usd for international express shipping, which is often not enough. If you have special requirement, please contact us to designate your preferred carrier via message)
Delivery Date: approx. 3-10 working days to different countries.
We provide a tracking number for all orders. This number will be provided by message or email as soon as the package is sent out.
For Air Mail or ePacket you can track the package via your national postal office website like www.usps.com, or track your parcel via http://www.17track.net/
For Expedited Shipping, please do the tracking via Carrier website like ups.com, fedex.com etc.
About Tax and Customs Affair
Buyer take care of the tax or custom fee. We have not included any tax in the price or shipping fee.
We will assist you in any possible customs affairs according to your requirements.

All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We can arrange replacement for you if the situation is confirmed. Or we can refund for you and charge 25% service and handling fee based on the total price of the product (not including shipping fee). Buyer pays both ways shipping if any product is returned.
In 3 month (from the day of shipping out), if any problem happens caused by the item itself, please don’t dismantle it. You can return it in the original package to us. We will repair or exchange new one for you and you just pay for the both way shipment.
