Description

(1) With the unique design of the claw gripping lens, there is no need to adjust the height of the lens frame every time an optical element with a different diameter is used. The adjustment frame can automatically center the optical components within the range of Ø0.1"(Ø2.5mm) to Ø2.0" (Ø50.8mm) to within 0.2mm. The automatic alignment movement of the V-shaped claw flexure can keep the lens on the same optical axis regardless of its diameter.

(2) TOC-X adjustable tilt model can provide ±4° pitch and tilt adjustment for optical components. The pitch and tilt adjustment is actuated by three 100TPI ("TPI": Threads per Inch, threads per inch) adjustment screws, so that the optical element can perform a very stable and controllable displacement.

(3) When using, simply retract the spring-loaded mechanical arm and slide in an optical element. Once positioned, fix the set screw with a 2mm hexagon wrench and push the jaws against the mounting plate to lock it firmly like a fixed-diameter adjustment frame. The adjustment frame has M4 countersunk holes, which can be used to connect with Ø12mm poles with M4 stud head screws for free space construction.

When used for free space construction, the bottom of the TOC-X adjustment frame has a countersunk hole, which can be used to connect the support rod with M4 stud head screws. The bottom of the TOC-X2 adjustment frame is an M4 screw hole, which is used to connect a 012mm pole with an M4 set screw.

(4) The adjustment frame is not limited to fixing optical lens sheets. In addition to the circular cylindrical optomechanical components, the 3-point optical adjustment frame with the V-claw clamping design can also fix other square elements or cylindrical optical components.
