Description

These solid aluminum, non-magnetic aluminum breadboards are a convenient and cost-effective platform for assembling prototypes of optical devices, conducting experiments, and installing small systems. The surface of the breadboard is oxidized and blackened to reduce surface reflection to a large extent, and there is a standard 25mm*25mm threaded hole array, and the distance from the edge of the breadboard is 25mm or 12.5mm respectively. Threaded holes penetrate through the breadboard to facilitate the installation of components from any side, and facilitate the construction of various optical components, displacement seats, etc., and various interference systems.

OHD series standard M6 threaded holes, the array hole spacing is 25*25mm, and the distance from each side edge is 25mm.
The OHD-A series breadboard has four or five mounting holes that are offset and staggered with the M6 threaded hole array, so that it will not affect the mounting surface of the intended application. The four standard mounting holes are located at the four corners of the breadboard, 12.5mm from the edges of each side. The larger breadboard also has a fifth countersunk mounting hole in the center. The central mounting hole can reduce the stress of the edge mounting hole and increase rigidity when installing heavy loads.

The bracket post (Model: CF50-S) uses a Ø25mm stainless steel column to match the height, allowing the breadboard to be installed above the working surface of the optical table (or breadboard), which is easy to move, and has the effect of shock isolation, balance and stability.

Optional breadboard handles are provided to facilitate lifting and transporting the optical breadboard. Each handle has two mounting holes, which are installed on the working surface of the screw holes with standard M6 cap screws.
