(1)The standard threaded hole pitch on the surface of the adapter plate has strong versatility and can be used for multiple purposes. It is convenient and flexible to install, fix and switch. Its position distribution allows the adapter plate to be directly compatible with our Z-TSX-M1 linear translation stage and R-TSX-M rotary translation stage. The linear translation stage is fixed through four M6 counterbore holes, and the rotary stage is mounted on the top of it. Laminated multi-axis motion control components.

(2) The mounting surface includes 4 M6 countersunk holes, 13 M6 screw holes, 2 M4 screw holes, and 10 M3 screw holes, which are convenient for installing optomechanical components. With the PRK1-A pressing arm, the optical element can be fixed on the top of the adapter plate.
