The modular design of our three-axis Nano X3 series stage allows the drive to be removed
and replaced at any time. All drivers are directly coupled at the bottom, minimizing crosstalk of motion in the system. The parallel flexible design ensures precise, smooth and continuous movement with negligible friction. We provide a built-in piezoelectric driver version.

3X-AM Fixed Platform Bracket Features:
►The fixed mounting bracket extends the mounting surface of the translation stage;
►Connect directly to the fixed part of our Nano X series three-axis translation stage;
►Commonly used to build fiber coupling systems;
The 3X-AM fixed platform bracket is often used to build an optical fiber launch system, and the aspheric lens mounted on it can be used to replace the longer microscope objective lens.
Its surface is ideal for installing large or multiple components in the attachment of a flexure stage.
Suitable for fiber coupling applications.
3X-AM2 90° Right Angle Reversing Top Platform Features:
►The right-angle bracket adds a side-mounted surface;
►Replace the fixed top plate of the Nano X series three-axis translation stage;
►There are standard grooves on the upper surface, 7 M4 and 8 M3 mounting holes;
In addition to the flat top platform, Oeabt also provides a 90° right-angle reversing top platform 3X-AM2. Before using this platform, you need to remove the original top plate and then install it. The platform can install the optical fiber bracket and other accessories to the side of the Nano X3 platform;

HCS1 Fiber Fixture Features:

The HCS1 fiber clamp can be directly installed on the Nano X series of three-axis translation stage. The central keyway design that extends along the top mounting surface of the stage allows for quick reconfiguration of installed optics and accessories while maintaining system alignment.
Suitable for probe simulation.
The Nano X3 series flexure stage of the vernier micrometer adjuster has a X, Y and Z stroke of 4mm and a maximum load of 1 kg. The nominal height of the platform is 62.5mm. The coarse adjustment vernier scale has 10µm graduations. This kind of indexing can determine a reference point in the system for positioning.
The NanoX3-MP stage integrates an open-loop piezoelectric actuator, which enables the stage to achieve nanometer resolution. The piezoelectric actuator provides a 20µm stroke and can be controlled by our open-loop piezoelectric controller.
Easy alignment of accessories
Standard three-axis stage top plate: Two 3mm wide center notches, used to align the multi-axis stage accessories. Contains 16 M3 screw holes for mounting bolts; 4 M2 screw holes and 9 M4 screw holes, which can be used to install various rotary or long-travel linear stages on the Nano X3 series stage. The two central slots on the top of the platform facilitate quick and easy reconfiguration of the system while maintaining the alignment of the accessories. Orthogonal patterns allow changing the direction of the right-hand and left-hand use of the stage.
