This is a 455nm 4.75w blue laser diode extracted from brand new nichia nubm08 38w 455nm bank. it has long cap with lens, two welded long pins--not cut pins. the cw output we tested in our lab is 4.75w-5.5w, while the pulse output can reach 8.5w-9.5w. we normally use it in our engraving laser modules.
