1. Parameters 
Circuit control: external MOS, constant current output 
Power regulation: Remove the 1206 package resistor on the board to reduce the output current 
Size: 10*20*1.0mm (width*length*thickness) 
Reverse connection protection: unique reverse connection protection design 
Pin definition: The pads are specially designed for 300-500mW 638nm pins. You only need to arrange the pins in a triangle and solder them naturally . It can also be used for driving 808nm and 660nm laser diode. 
Battery: It is recommended to use 3.7V lithium battery (16340, 18650, 14500 and 18500 power supply), or directly use 5V DC power supply. 
Note: If you are driving a 300mW 638nm diode, you only need to remove the R030 resistor. If you are driving a 500mW diode, you only need to remove the two R100 resistors.

2. Product measurements

Three gears: 

Suggested input voltage: 3-6V

Output current: 33.6mA -346.9mA 


Single gear: 

Suggested input voltage: 3-4.6V
Output current: <2.5A 

When the input voltage is 2.5V, the driver board starts to work and micro currents appears; when the voltage input is over 6V, the circuit board starts to heat slightly; when the input voltage exceeds 7V, severe heating occurs.
