FWO-A1 filter wheel is used to load six Ø1 inch or Ø25mm filters with a maximum thickness of 4mm (0.15 inch). Each mounting hole is SM1 threaded (1.035 "- 40) and engraved with filter position.
To install the filter in the filter runner hole, first remove the attached SM1 thread from the mounting hole, and then place the filter in the threaded hole to lean against the back convex edge of the hole, and finally lock the filter in place with the stuck filter.
To install filter, edge pass filter or fluorescent filter with thickness greater than 4mm, first remove the snap ring and screw the Ø1 inch lens sleeve into the filter wheel mounting hole. Then install the filter into the lens sleeve. To be compatible with all thickness filters, we recommend using a lens sleeve in the mounting hole with a thread depth of 0.5 inch (12.7mm). In addition, the Ø1 inch metal, neutral density (nd), non-ferrous glass or dichroic filter has SM1 external thread, which can be screwed into each filter mounting hole after taking out the snap ring.
The base is provided with M6 threaded hole to install the extension support; Ø6mm countersunk head groove, 19mm displacement hole can be adjusted and calibrated. It is used for building experiments in free space.
