Description

(1) The cage plate thruster is a manual actuator used for precise adjustment of the position of the components on the cage optical system. It is suitable for 30mm and 60mm cage systems. Compared with the method of pushing and pulling the cage assembly on the cage rod to fine-tune the position by hand, this thruster can realize the function of fast, stable and accurate axial position adjustment.

The amount of feed and retreat stroke is much higher than the accuracy that can be achieved by manual adjustment by hand and experience.

(2) The propeller uses a differential adjustment handle to replace the manual control of the feed and retreat strokes during adjustment, and its output stroke is 5mm. The scale reading of the micrometer head handle is 1μm, and it is directly read in increments of 10μm.

(3) When used in a cage system, place the actuator on the side (front or rear or side) of the cage assembly that needs to be adjusted, and close to the cage assembly, and snap the actuator into the cage. For the cage rods on both sides of the top of the system, tighten the cage rods with the screws to make the actuator
firmly installed on the cage system.
