Description
(1) The CSD-MX snap-in cage plate is convenient for quickly inserting Ø1" optics into an existing 30mm cage system. The light element can be manually rotated 360° in a 30mm cage system.
(2) When inserting it into a 30mm cage system, first let the optical element main seat be perpendicular to the optical axis, and then clamp it into the cage rod, and then use a 1.3mm hexagon wrench to tighten the fixing screws in the flexible fixture, which will not affect Other system components and alignment.
(3) The optical element can be rotated by a knurled knob or a 5mm inner hexagon, and the position of the shaft of the optical element mount can be locked by a 1.3mm hexagon. There is a scribe line every 5° on the flexible clamp block seat, and the angle of the optical element can be read when it coincides with the knob triangle. Please note that when used with a beam splitter, if the incident angle is 45°, the clear aperture will be an ellipse, and the minor axis length will be about 8mm.
(4) SM1 (1.035"-40) internal threaded mounting holes, with 2 CSK3 snap rings. The mounting holes can be used to install Ø1" optical components with a maximum thickness of 7mm. (It is not recommended to assemble other sleeve components to the mount for use, Due to its rotating flexible fixture design, the two will be stuck and cannot rotate at an angle, and seamless connection cannot be achieved).
