(1) CAT series telescopic extension rod bracket can adjust the extension rod bracket, which is compatible with Ø 12mm series stainless steel extension rod. When the specific height of the device is not determined, it is an ideal choice for installing optical components. The knurled adjusting ring can drive the height adjustment range of 8mm/12mm, and provide 0.5mm adjustment for each turn.
(2) There is a square groove inside the bracket to provide double line contact with the extension rod, which can install the extension rod very stably. The whole support device can be locked by the lower hand screw and the locking hexagon groove on the higher hand screw.
The built-in screw of the hand screw at the higher position can be tightened firmly again with a 1.5mm hexagon wrench. It is recommended that the maximum torque should not exceed 3.2N M (The tendency of the force to make the object rotate around the rotation axis or fulcrum is called torque, and the rotational torque is also called torque).
(3) The bracket is connected and fixed to the optical machine component or bread plate through the M6 screw hole or countersunk hole at the bottom. For the situation that the direction or coaxial need to be fixed, it is recommended to use the CAT-S series countersunk hole model.
For example, when multiple components are connected on one optical axis, the contact direction of the set screws on the side of the extension rod support body cannot be unified due to the central thread connection components of CAT-T series, resulting in the deviation of the optical axis path.
